Day 118 greenwall shelter 15 miles

I got up this morning and could hardly move from the Benadryl. I could only manage 7 miles by noon. It was a slow day and I spent the evening with two section hikers. I plan to Nero into Rutland tomorrow.

    I really hope Benadryl is an aid not hindering. There may be a chance your body is reacting to it (allergy). Thinking of you lots as you head onwards.
